Our desire is to produce nutritional wholesome rusks as a sustainable snack
We aim at LOW GI rusks and decided to make our business rule “Ingredients as natural as possible” in an effort to cut out preservatives and additives, but also for slow release of energy.
What makes us unique, is that we only bake with real butter, stoneground flour and rolled oats. Our range grew to also include Gluten & Wheat Free rusks, Rye rusks, Diabetic and Low Carb rusks. The Gluten & Wheat Free rusks are tested for Gluten and we use a Allegen Statement Policy to control gluten in our products. Our rusks are not suitable for people with celiac disease.
We deliver our rusks to shops all over
the Cape Peninsula
We send rusks by courier or post all over
We bake for special needs
e.g. dairy intolerance and are willing to courier
or post the rusks to the clients.

This morning I tasted the Bran flakes rusks at the Willowbridge market and enjoyed them to bits! I bought a packet thereafter! They are delightful, enjoyable and very tasty! I could taste each and every ingredient heavenly. The butter makes it so pleasurable to eat. You know that packet I bought this morning is finished as I had guests that came over for the day.
